JAM ROLY POLY
Ingredients
  1. 250g SR Flour
  2. 1255g Vegetable Suet
  3. Milk
  4. Jam (any flavour you like)
Instructions
  1. Put the flour and suet in a bowl
  2. Add milk bit at a time to combine into a ball of dough
  3. Roll into a rectangle big enough so the short side is long enough to fit in the tin
  4. Cover with jam then roll up
  5. Put into a loaf tin, put the load tin into a larger oven tray filled with water, put the loaf tin into the tin of water then cover with foil... The steam will moisten the roly poly to give the perfect texture
  6. Heat the oven to 200oC and bake for an hour and a half
  7. Serve with custard
